Sky, Lake, Cylinder

I'm guessing the building has something to do with the water management on this small lake; it's sitting right in the middle of the dam. Not sure exactly what it does, though. ^^;;

I've always kinda liked the looks of it, though.

That's a great view, and such gorgeous colors--the blue of the dam is astonishing.
