I showed this picture to my husband, who is a professional pilot and a propeller-head, and he squinted and said: "That's a P-51, and that looks like a Zero."
The dogfight was one of the highlights of that airshow, along with the B-29 and B-25 in flight. The B-29 in particular; even standing a few hundred feet away, when the engines fired up you could feel it in the pit of your stomach.
