Truman Encore

One of the rooms in the Truman Library is devoted to the start of the Cold War and the Berlin Airlift, laid out in a circular fashion, so I decided to try and capture that with the fisheye. Think it turned out fairly well, both capturing the circular feel and the exhibits hanging from the ceiling.

Another circular room, this one showing pages from all the Life magazines from 1952, Truman's last year in office. Backed up enough to get the doorframe in the fisheye effect; I like how it gives the room the look of a set from 1960's-era science fiction.
This area was Truman's office:

- he worked at the Library up through his death, and even conducted tours on occasion.

He was often called a plain, ordinary man... and I like that. How many former Presidents would mingle with visitors that way?

I would be happy with that epitaph.
