Arching

Rosedale Memorial Arch, honoring the WWI/WWII soldiers from an area of Kansas City.

Impossible not to see the Arc de Triomphe design lift. ^^;; It does have a 'nice' setting, in a sense; hard to find and get to, and they don't maintain the grounds very thoroughly... but it's set halfway up a hill in the middle of a batch of trees, with a hole on the side facing Interstate 35; it makes for a pretty backdrop if you catch a glimpse of it.
