A Perfect Moment
Feb. 5th, 2018 01:17 amEvery year, on Super Bowl Day, I make a pilgrimage to a local cider mill, about a half-hour south of town. Because I really dislike all the hype surrounding the game, and it's become my own little tradition to go and do something completely different.
So I hit the exit, and just as I'm turning off, I hit the 5 minute mark in this medley:
And then I finish the turn, and drive straight into this:
A perfect moment.
(That's a pretty good medley of Goldsmith themes, by the by. Even if some of the arrangements aren't... optimal; sounds like what they'd use for an orchestral concert.)
