They're so adorable, but how did you get that close?! The last time I got close to goslings, one of the adult geese HISSED at me so hard it spat drool on the grass. XD
First, this was a moderate telephoto zoom lens; I was standing about 4-5 feet from them.
Second... for context, this was the park where I've taken many geese pics before - IOW, a frequent hangout for them. And not only are they used to humans, they're getting pretty bold - I was there a couple of evenings later to do my usual half-hour exercise walk, and there was a group of about 15 adults clustered across the walking path. And they weren't moving, even when you were walking right towards them; I literally walked through the flock passing within a foot or so of several geese, without getting more than a half-hearted hiss. I dunno what the deal was. o.O If it hadn't been almost dark, I would have gotten a pic or two.
